I wouldn't consider it a sexy shot, maybe a star pose. Lots or actor and models do it.

I dont think you need practice i think this type of pose more or less reflects on the subject.

Well i guess its to be expected. You did say these are not your usual types of photos.

This is more of a strong area for me.

Think of it like a mirror,  you are not capturing and image but reflecting it.
